Materials
Vinyl- Most of our vinyl we offer is permanent adhesive backed vinyl. If it’s a solid gloss or matte color, it’s more than likely permanent. The chrome we offer is a very high shine calendar film. The brushed, carbon fiber and any metallic vinyl we offer is automotive grade. All our vinyl is rated for 5-7 years, but it depends on conditions. Some conditions that could change the lifespan of the vinyl would be the following: If the vinyl is indoors or outdoors, how often the vinyl gets touched, and how well the surface was prepped before application. Different surfaces can also affect the longevity, EX: A hard non porous glass surface will outlast a soft flexible porous plastic surface
Vinyl colors- We try our best to offer as many colors as we can and even though our choices might change overtime, we will always strive to meet all basic color needs. If you have a specific color in mind, please contact us as we have over 100 colors not listed and have access to just about any color you can think of.
How long does it take for my order to arrive

Can I make an adjustment after placing my order
Email us immediately at [email protected] for any changes and we’ll try our best to fulfill your request.
Why have it not see any order updates on my order
If you have not received any order update after 5 days, not counting (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) please contact us.
International shipping
Please message us as we will ship internationally.
Address input mistake
If you notice your address is wrong as you placed the order, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the package is in transit.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email
If you did not receive an email from [email protected] within a few hours of placing your order, please check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, if your email is not in spam, the email address on file might have been spelled incorrectly. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] and we will further investigate.
Did not receive product
If you have not received your order. Please check your email to make sure your order was placed. If it was, then check your invoice to make sure your address is correct. I also suggest checking your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong house. If those things check out then please contact [email protected] so we can solve this issue.
Did not receive shipping confirmation
Some items take longer than usual production time, please read your product’s description to see if your item falls in this category. All custom items take a longer production time since design work is needed to create the item. For regular products please wait 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
I placed an order but did not receive a tracking number
Some orders don’t have tracking numbers to save on shipping costs. If you selected rush shipping then please wait 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Please check your spam folder. If your item is custom or falls under a “longer production time” item, please wait longer for your tracking number to update.
Can I apply a discount code after I place my order?
Unfortunately, customers may not be able to apply a discount code after the order is placed. We apologize if this has caused any inconveniences.
